Atto Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atto platform and services. By accessing or using Atto, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to Atto.me, its mobile applications, and any related services provided to brands, distributors, or third-party service providers.
- User: Refers to any individual, entity, or organization that accesses or uses Atto’s platform and services.
- Brand: Any user who uses Atto to list, market, or distribute products.
- Distributor: Any user who uses Atto to source and purchase products for resale.
- Services: Refers to the tools and services offered on the Atto platform, including but not limited to product listing, marketplace integration, compliance support, and logistics management.
2. Eligibility
To use Atto, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity as required by your jurisdiction.
- Ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.
3. Account Registration
- Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including company name, contact details, and any other information required for onboarding.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify Atto immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
- You may not transfer or sell your Atto account to another person or entity without prior written permission from Atto.
4. Services Offered
Atto offers a comprehensive suite of services aimed at helping brands and distributors operate efficiently in the Middle Eastern market. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Product Listings: Brands can upload and manage their product catalogs on the platform, providing distributors with an interface to discover and source products.
- Logistics and Compliance: Atto facilitates the regulatory compliance process, import/export documentation, and offers partnerships with logistics providers.
- Payments: Atto offers secure payment processing solutions to ensure timely and protected payments between brands and distributors.
- Analytics & Insights: The platform provides data-driven insights to help brands and distributors monitor product performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
5. Responsibilities of Users

- Ensure that all product listings comply with local laws and regulations, including product quality and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and fulfillment processes in a timely manner to meet distributor requirements.
- Accurately represent product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Distributors:some text
- Comply with relevant regulations in the countries where they distribute the products.
- Maintain transparent communication with brands and comply with agreed-upon purchase terms.
- Ensure products are sold and distributed in a manner consistent with the brand's guidelines.

- Act with integrity and professionalism when using the Atto platform.
- Avoid any illegal activities, such as counterfeit product sales, fraud, or breach of intellectual property rights.
- Cooperate with Atto’s support and compliance teams to resolve issues promptly.
6. Prohibited Activities
Atto prohibits users from engaging in the following:
- Submitting inaccurate or misleading product information.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive business practices.
- Violating intellectual property laws by listing unauthorized or counterfeit products.
- Exploiting the platform for illegal or unethical activities, including money laundering, tax evasion, and the distribution of prohibited goods.
- Interfering with the platform’s security or engaging in activities that may disrupt Atto’s services.
7. Payments and Fees
- Atto charges subscription fees, transactional fees, or commissions depending on the services used by brands and distributors.
- Fees will be clearly disclosed prior to payment, and failure to pay these fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Payment Processing: Atto facilitates secure payment gateways to ensure transparency and protection for all financial transactions. Users agree that Atto will handle payments and any disputes related to monetary transactions through the platform.
- Refunds: Refund policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service or product.
8. Term, Suspension, and Termination
- Term: These Terms remain in effect as long as you continue to use the platform. Users can terminate their account at any time by contacting Atto’s support team.
- Suspension: Atto reserves the right to suspend any user account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or any unlawful conduct on the platform.
- Termination: Atto reserves the right to terminate a user account at its discretion, including but not limited to breach of terms, misuse of the platform, or inactivity. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
- Atto complies with data protection regulations applicable in the jurisdictions where it operates. User data, including but not limited to personal information, transaction history, and usage patterns, will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Atto’s Privacy Policy.
- Users agree that Atto may collect and use data to improve its services, generate analytics, and enhance user experience.

10. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property related to the Atto platform, including logos, software, design elements, and any proprietary technology, belongs exclusively to Atto.
- Users retain ownership of any content or products they upload to the platform but grant Atto a license to display, distribute, and promote such content.
- Users must not infringe upon Atto’s intellectual property rights or those of any other user.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
- Limitation of Liability: Atto shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or other economic disadvantages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Atto’s total liability, in any event, will be limited to the subscription or service fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Atto makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform’s content or services. All services are provided "as is" and "as available."
12. Dispute Resolution
- Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute between users or between users and Atto, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably through the platform’s customer support.
- Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration conducted in the United Arab Emirates, under UAE law.
- Jurisdiction: The Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE, and any legal action must be initiated in the UAE courts.
13. Changes to Terms and Services
- Atto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
